
Here is a simple Roti recipe
Ingredients
2 Cups Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp sugar (or according to taste)
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tbs Oil
2 Handfuls of Spring Onion
water

Step One
In a bowl, add the dry ingredients and mix well
Step Two
Pour the cooking oil in and mix it with the dry ingredients
Step Three
Add the spring onion
Step Four
pour in the water until the dough is firm enough to roll but soft
Step Five
Divide the dough into small balls (about 6-8) and roll them using a chopping board
Step Six
Lightly oil a pan on medium heat. Place the roti there and let it roast on both sides

Step Seven
Place on a plate and enjoy it plain or with stew
